1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using VABE Client, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the software.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use VABE Client. You may not sell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the software, your account access, or your license key.

3. Payments and Refunds

VABE Client is a digital product. Completed purchases are generally final after access is supplied, except where applicable law gives you mandatory refund or cancellation rights.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and license key. Unauthorized sharing can result in suspension or termination of the related license.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where the law expressly allows it;
attempt to obtain or distribute VABE Client source code without authorization;
resell or redistribute the software to unauthorized users;
use the software commercially without permission; or
submit fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks.

6. Availability and Warranties

The software is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every setup, or that the software will always be free of errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VABE and its developers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software, including data loss, account restrictions, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms. If a license is terminated, use of VABE Client must stop. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

9. Updates to the Terms

These terms may be revised when the software, service, or legal requirements change. The latest version published here applies from its stated update date.
